Dr Tony Fletcher looks after all our development and technical work. Previously a senior management consultant for more than 18 years, Tony worked for many years as a senior manager at Deloitte and Touche and was Deputy Head of business consulting at Cap Gemini Ernst and Young. He is the author of several management textbooks was, until recently, Deputy Chair of the London Funding Panel for the Princes Trust.
John Higham is the primary contact for all our clients and looks after design and training. Prior to the web-world, John has over 25 years experience in International Marketing, Market Research, and New Product Development with various packaged consumer goods companies. He has also managed trade sell-ins, gaining retail distribution for many products, run numerous high profile marketing and advertising campaigns and arranged sponsorship deals with leading celebrities.
